Excellent place for everybody. Family, fun, natural
Great location very near to Media Luna. New and modern little houses and vast green territory. There is also a children playground, a restaurant for breakfasts and its own river. After my second stay I should admit that the restaurant is very disappointing by its low and bad service and lack of dishes. Also the swimming pool is not ok. All in all the place has beautiful and peaceful amenities and would be great for some yoga or meditation workshops.
El hotel está muy bonito pero los encargados de recepción pésimo servicio deberían ser más amables no dan informes de los servicios con que cuenta el hotel, tiene asadores pero no te dicen si puedes hacer uso de ellos. A todos los hoteles que he ido te ponen 2 botellas de agua, creo no se les quita poner botellas de agua no les cuestan ni 5 pesos. Me encontré con animales rastreros en la habitación arañas, creo deberían fumigar. Sus áreas verdes muy bonitas, alberca limpia y eso si nos dejaron estar hasta muy tardes punto a favor. Con que los de recepción fueran más amables.
The place is lovely, beautiful gardens and if you are going to the media luna it is perfect. HOWEVER, this would have gotten 5 stars if they had mentioned that the a/c must be asked for and its extra $$; they gave us a price of $250 then $150 for a/c when in other hotels it is included in the price... That seemed a little suspicious as to the extra charge and the fact that they do not give you a receipt unless you constantly ask for it. Also, the food is NOT prepared there at their "restaurant" it is reheated there but bought and made in the next village which is rioverde and they bring it to you... And to get to the hotel it takes 7km to get to by a dirt road and VERY secluded... We checked out the next day- be real with us and we will be real with you too. :/
